
Santa Rosa , CA – Redwood Credit Union (RCU), the North Bay’s largest Credit Union, recently elected incumbent Lou Funk to their Supervisory Committee. The Credit Union’s Supervisory Committee has also announced their officers for the year as follows: Steve Sharpe will serve as Committee Chair, and David Gouin as Secretary. RCU’s Supervisory Committee oversees the audit function for the Credit Union.

Lou Funk has served on the Redwood Credit Union Supervisory Committee since 1978. Until retiring, Mr. Funk served as a hospital administrator for 25 years, including 7 years at Community Hospital in Santa Rosa. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and serves on the Board of Directors of several local organizations including the Salvation Army, the Area Agency on Aging, Sons in Retirement and the Lytton Rehabilitation Council. Additionally, Mr. Funk is a Life Member of the California Hospital Association, Salvation Army, Blood Bank of the Redwoods, and Sons In Retirement.
