Redwood CEO Brett Martinez Named Chairman of the Board for Local Chamber

Santa Rosa, CA– Brett Martinez, President & CEO of Redwood Credit Union (RCU), has been named Chairman of the Board of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, where he will work with the Chamber Board and CEO to help support and guide in their mission promote and advocate for local businesses and create a vibrant, sustainable economy for the region.

“Our Northern California community is a beautiful place to live and work, and I look forward to helping guide the Santa Rosa Chamber this year as we work together on initiatives which support our local businesses, create new jobs and strengthen our local economy,” said Martinez.

Brett Martinez has served as RCU’s President & CEO since 2004, and he is active on several non-profit, community and industry boards and committees. Mr. Martinez is the recipient of numerous honors including the 2011 Executive Campaign Chair of the Year award from United Way of the Wine Country, the 2010 Caught in the Act of Leadership Award from the North Bay Leadership Council, and the 2009 Community Leader of the Year award by readers of NorthBay biz magazine.
