| Bilingual Trainer | |
Exceptional Service ~ Exceptional People. Redwood Credit Union, voted by our employees as one of the “Best Places to Work” in North Bay Business Journal for the 4th consecutive year, is looking for an accomplished Bilingual Trainer. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating and facilitating a wide variety of internal and external training programs. Through the delivery of training they will inspire our employees to passionately provide exceptional service to our Members. They will also facilitate and deliver Member educational seminars on numerous topics to a wide range of audiences. The trainer is responsible for developing and maintaining course materials for all training programs provided by Redwood Credit Union. The trainer is also responsible for maintaining training calendars, records, tracking and reporting training results. The successful candidate will have bilingual Spanish – English skills, a minimum of 3 years of professional training experience. Training experience in a financial institution would be a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced team environment are also required.
