Instant Tax Information Access

You don’t need to wait for your tax forms! You can easily access Year-to-Date dividends earned and mortgage interest paid using any of the following:

Online Banking

Click here to go to your Online Banking account.
From the Inquiries menu, select “History”, then “Year to Date”. From here you can obtain dividends you've earned on any account, as well as interest paid on an RCU second mortgage.
For your RCU 1st mortgage information, select “First Mortgage” under the E-Services menu, then select “Tax and Interest”.

Statements

On the final page of your account statements there is a “Current Year-To-Date (YTD) Financial Summary” which lists dividends earned and interest paid on an RCU 2nd Mortgage.
For your RCU 1st mortgage information, there is a summary of all interest paid on the front page of your current 1st Mortgage statement.

In Branch

Come into your local branch and one of our staff can assist you in getting a Year-To-Date printout of your tax information. (This does not apply to 1st Mortgage information.)

24-Hour Telephone Teller

To use the 24-Hour Teller, call 1 (800) RCU-4030, select “Additional Options”, then “Year-to-Date Information,” then select “Dividends” or “Loan Interest.” (This does not apply to 1st Mortgage information.)

Direct Deposit

To have your tax refund deposited directly into your RCU account, review the important information below.

RCU’s Routing/Transit Number is 321177586.
Provide your full RCU account number: Your checking account number has 14 digits; your savings account has 6 digits. Please DO NOT include the share type (i.e. 01 for savings; 10 for checking). Simply indicate “savings” or “checking” on your form.
Don’t forget about Form 8888, which lets you split your refund deposit into a maximum of 3 separate accounts.
The name on your account and the name on the direct deposit instructions must match exactly.
