- After hours, you will be directed to an automated system. Please note that RCU personnel cannot cancel your Visa card or ATM card automatically; you must confirm cancellation.
Visa Online
With Visa Online you can access your RCU Visa account information through RCU Online Banking. This means you no longer need to log in separately to access your Visa account and your home banking — both will be easily accessible simply by logging on to RCU Online. The information you will find includes:
- Account history for past three statements
- Available credit
- Current balance
- Make payments online
- Visa credit limit
- Next payment due date & amount
- Transactions since last statement
Getting Started
In order to enjoy this convenient new feature, you will be required to complete a simple one-time online enrollment process:
- Log in to RCU Online Banking
- Click the link for Visa Online
- Enter your Visa card number for the account
- Authorize access by providing the primary cardholder's Social Security number
Tip: Multiple Visa cards may be enrolled on one RCU Online account. However, if you have more than one RCU Online account, each card can only be enrolled in one account.
If you do not currently use RCU Online banking, or if you have not logged on in the past 90 days, you will need to enable RCU Online in order to access your RCU Visa Online account.
