Online Banking Security Notice
Redwood Credit Union has been notified of a possible software virus that could affect Members using the Visa Online link in Redwood Credit Union Online Banking. Be assured that Redwood Credit Union's online systems remain secure and are not the source of this virus.
The virus is a well-known bot that targets banking sites and other financial institutions for the purpose of perpetuating banking scams. It mimics secure sites, directing Online Banking users to enter their personal information.
Your computer may be affected if you see the following: At the top of the window, in red text, is a paragraph which reads “We do not recognize the computer you are using. To continue with Online Banking, please provide the information requested below.” If you see this message, do not enter any information.

If any secure link directs you to a site asking for Card Number, Card Security Code, Expiration Date and ATM PIN do NOT enter any information. You potentially have a virus on your computer and it is recommended that you run anti-virus software.
