The seminar leader, Susan Daniel, has over thirty years combined experience as a Human Resource executive and employment attorney. Susan was Vice President of Human Resources at Informix Software. Prior to Informix, Susan was Vice President of Human Resource Operations at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). Before joining AMD, she was head Labor Counsel at Bank of America and an Associate Attorney at McCutchen, Doyle, Brown and Enersen (now Bingham McCutchen). She presently runs her own consulting firm, Employee Relations Consultants.

Susan serves on the Board of Directors of the World Institute on Disability and the United Way of Sonoma-Mendocino-Lake Counties where she serves as Chair of their Human Resources committees. She teaches Employment Law at Empire Law School in Santa Rosa, California.
