Northbay Family Homes, CAL LAND / Stewart Title and Redwood Credit Union will discuss key strategies and solutions in outlining the “Path to Homeownership” from education to financing mechanisms that include leveraging practices not commonly known, such as the “Community Reinvestment Act”, state funded down payment assistance, pre-approval for long term fixed loans and accessible loan products with below market rate interest rates.
