Prize guaranteed to be awarded. Winner will be notified by telephone and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, which must be returned to RCU within fourteen (14) days of date of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification or any prize returned to RCU as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitutions for prize except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Odds of winning determined by the total number of entries received.
