Automated Mailed Deposits to RCU
Redwood Credit Union (RCU) is implementing a new automated deposit/payment posting process to provide Members with quicker access to funds from mailed deposits.
To ensure proper credit of deposits, it is important to include accurate account information with your mailed deposit/payment. Please include your full RCU Member account number, indicating the appropriate loan or share ID, found on your Member statement. For example:
- Loan Payment: If your account number is 123456 and you are making a payment on Loan ID 04, please indicate this as: Acct#123456 Loan-04.
- Share Deposit: Indicate as Acct#123456 Share-01 for deposit into primary savings, Acct#123456 Share-10 for deposit into checking, etc.
Please note that deposits/payments received without complete instructions will be posted to the primary savings on the account.
