RCU in the Community

Redwood Credit Union (RCU) is proud to support our communities by providing affordable financial services every day to both residents and businesses throughout the North Bay and San Francisco.

We also believe in the positive impact of investing in our communities through the contribution of time, energy, money and leadership support to non-profit organizations and groups that make a meaningful contribution to the betterment of our communities. In that spirit, RCU is committed to giving back to our communities in a variety of ways, including:

  • Volunteerism
  • Sponsorship
  • Fundraising
  • Leadership

We also offer use of our Sonoma Community Room to non-profit groups for their meeting and event needs. To request use of the Sonoma Community Room, please click on the Requests tab.

Celebrate Community ProgramThe Press Democrat's Celebrate Community Partnership Logo

In partnership with other local businesses and The Press Democrat, Redwood Credit Union has been a proud partner in the Celebrate Community program since its inception in 1999.  The primary goal of this partnership is to encourage volunteerism in our community and support local non-profits through the program’s Legacy Fund.

This successful partnership of local companies and The Press Democrat has led to significant funding support of non-profits and increased volunteerism in our communities. The program also continues to inform local residents, businesses and government about the ways we can all work together to solve key community needs and challenges.
