A Message from President & CEO Brett Martinez
As a Redwood Credit Union Member, you and all the other Members who bank with us share ownership of your financial institution. Our Members are the reason we exist, and we never forget that.
Our primary focus is to make banking and managing your money simple and convenient, so you can spend your time doing things you enjoy. In order to be effective at delivering the services you want and need, we rely on your feedback. Through surveys, email, social media, and your suggestions to our staff, we collect your requests and develop and enhance our services based on what we’re hearing from you.
As you’ll see in this issue of the newsletter, we’ve just introduced a new premium Visa Signature card and mobile person-to-person payments, in response to requests from our Members. We also recently introduced an ATM rebate program to allow you to get cash at any ATM in the U.S. Over the past year, we’ve added access to your credit score in online banking, expanded loan payment options, additional features for managing your cards online, and more – all based on our Members’ requests and suggestions.
We are continually reviewing and making improvements designed to give you control and convenience for all your RCU accounts. So please continue to share your feedback with us so we can further enhance our services to help make managing your money easier. We look forward to hearing from you!
