Andy Ramos leads RCU’s member service experience
Santa Rosa, CA - Redwood Credit Union (RCU) welcomes back Andy Ramos as senior vice president of member engagement. In his new role, Ramos will help ensure that RCU maintains its long-standing reputation for personalized service, partnership, and passion for helping members succeed.
Ramos formerly worked for RCU for many years, serving as regional branch manager, assistant vice president of sales and service, and senior vice president of member experience. He left the position to work for Key Point Credit Union as its executive vice president and chief retail officer.

The Santa Rosa resident holds a master’s degree in business and organizational leadership from Chapman University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Monterey Bay.
