Can I pay my RCU loan by debiting my account electronically at another financial institution?
Yes, this can be done several ways:
- Pay your bill through RCU’s External Transfers service. This service is available in RCU's Online Banking. To add an external account and make transfers, please click on the External Account Manager under the Transfers & Payments menu. For more information please view the following article:

- Complete an ACH Origination Authorization form
- Contact our Member Service Center at 1 (800) 479-7928. There may be a fee assessed for phone transfers.
