What is a Security Picture in RCU Online banking?
A Security Picture confirms your identity when you are logging in to your accounts and ensures that you are accessing RCU Online banking and not a fraudulent site.
It looks like this:
Your Security Picture is an image you select when signing up for RCU Online. Your Security Picture is known only to you. When you see the proper Security Picture, you know that you are visiting the proper site.
It is displayed after you enter your Username with your Security Phrase, whenever you log in to RCU Online. After verifying that your Security Picture and Security Phrase correctly match what you selected, enter your RCU Online password and click Next.
