I use Google Chrome and I am having trouble using BillPay in RCU Online Banking. What can I do to resolve the issue?
Some Members who use the Google Chrome browser may need to adjust their privacy settings in order to use Bill Pay in RCU Online banking. To ensure that Bill Pay loads correctly, follow the steps below:
- Click on the wrench at the upper right hand corner of the screen:
- The 'Settings' window opens.
- Scroll to bottom of page and click on 'Show advanced settings…'
- Under Privacy, click on 'Content settings…'
Enable these settings:
- Cookies: Allow local data to be set (recommended)
- Images: Show all images (recommended)
- Handlers: Allow sites to ask to become default handlers for protocols (recommended)
- Plug-ins: Run automatically (recommended)
Click 'OK' to finish.
