How can I place a stop payment on an electronic ACH debit?
Contact our Member Service Center at 1 (800) 479-7928 or go into one of our branches for assistance. RCU should receive the request 3 business days prior to the date the debit is scheduled to occur. There is a stop payment fee. Please contact the company directly to permanently cancel an automatic ACH debit.
