How do I check if my direct deposit was posted to my account?

Mobile

If you're using a mobile device, follow the steps below. For computers, go to the desktop steps

You can check your account history, including direct deposits, debits, and other transactions at any time with digital banking.

On a mobile device, select the Accounts tab and tap Cash Accounts for a list of accounts.

Select the Cash Account you’ve set up to receive the direct deposit.

Select the Activity tab to view your complete transaction history, including any direct deposits.

Check for entity name that sent the Direct Deposit. You may also use Search to find the entity name that sent your direct deposit.

Desktop

If you're using a computer, follow the steps below. For mobile devices, go to the mobile steps

From the Dashboard sidebar, click Cash Accounts for a list of accounts.

Select the Cash Account you’ve set up to receive the direct deposit.

On the next page, select the Activity tab to view your complete transaction history, including any direct deposits..

Check for entity name that sent the Direct Deposit. You may also use Search to find the entity name that sent your direct deposit.
