Can I use the RCU’s External Transfer service to link my RCU account to my account at a bank in a foreign country and send an international transaction?

Unfortunately, other countries have different currencies and different banking systems that are not connected to those in the United States, so the External Transfer feature can only be used with your accounts at U.S. banking institutions.
