What if I forgot my digital banking username?
Mobile Process
If you're using a mobile device, follow the steps below. For computers, go to the desktop steps
Follow these steps to recover a forgotten username.
On the login screen below the login button, tap ‘Forgot your username or password?’
At the bottom of the page, tap the button for ‘I Don’t Know My Username.’
Choose whether you want to receive your username by email or phone number and fill in your information. Then enter your Member number (the last 6 digits of your account number). Tap Send.
Check your selected delivery method to retrieve your username. Tap ‘Return to Login’ to log in to digital banking with your username.
Desktop Process
If you're using a computer, follow the steps below. For mobile devices, go to the mobile steps
Follow these steps to recover a forgotten username:
At the bottom of the page, click the button for ‘I Don’t Know My Username.’
