Can I share my Digital Banking access with my accountant or partner?

For security reasons, we do not recommend sharing your username and password with anyone, even others who are listed on your account.

For Personal Accounts:

  • Each unique Member can create their own login credentials for digital banking, that will show all accounts and loans the Member is linked to. For this reason, we do not recommend sharing your username and password with anyone, even others that are listed on your account.
  • Other joint owners of the account should register their own unique username and password so that they may view and transact on all shares and loans they are linked to. This enrollment process will only need to be done once.

For Business Accounts:

  • Businesses that are looking to grant access to an accountant or bookkeeper can add them as a sub-user. This means they will not be an owner on the business account, but can view transactions online. They are not able to make any changes or transactions on the account.

If you get a message that this user has already been registered, check to make sure you are using your own login information. If you continue to have login issues please contact our Member Service Center at 1 (800) 479-7928.
